Staff needs a 101 in Customer Service. I feel like I was a pain everytime I was in there. I didn't mean to take away from their busy day of playing solitaire on the computer. They seem to fit well with the culture of Birkdale, which is nose in the air/stuck up.

Until staff gets it together I will not reccommend this place.

I agree with this statement. However, Inland mgmt was recently acquired by an Ohio Based Company, I believe they switched the staff... YEAAA! ABOUT TIME!! (Im a resident - def not stuck up ) But I know what you mean!

Only problem -- new management, same poor service. Are they EVER going to fix the hallway lights? Coming home to pitch black is just not safe.
