Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2008
I lived in BDale for 5 years now. Every apt will have minor issues, But seriously, Bdale has always been there for me! Every break or light outage, They have been there.. Any other apt would let the place go to waste, Bdale, However has always been there for me. Rental rates go up yearly at EVERY place, so why the complaint'
They were acquired by DDR last year and this year just been acquired by Crosland (The builders that originally built birkdale) My opinion. Go to the office and see for yourself. Obviously, these people have no idea what they are talking about
