The landscaping is the best thing about this place. However, the grounds lighting is poor at best.
The day we moved in I asked for the floors to be cleaned yet it never happened. There are only two phone jacks and one cable hook-up.
The so-called laundry facility is nasty. The garbage can is always overflowing. One of the washers was clogged for more than a month and it smelled like sewage. If you move here, bring your own washer/dryer. The dumpsters are overflowing even after management had been warned by the police.
I have made about six complaints to the management about not having a place to park in front of the building. One car per unit on the front row but it isn't enforced.
I know quite a few other residents that live with constant noise from music and partying. I was lucky to not have much noise. The problem was children upstairs running so much that the kitchen light cover fell to the floor but nothing was ever done about it.
The water heater in the apartment above ours busted and flooded our closet. The water was extracted and the padding was removed. It was never cleaned and the padding was never replaced.
As for the residents, most are non-english speaking and in trouble with the police most of the time. Quite a few are arrested from their apartment at gunpoint. The children are no better.
And yes, there are cockroaches.
The seals in all of the windows in our unit had dry-rotted a long time ago. Until we put plastic over the windows, we were losing heat.
