Apartments are in terrible condition. The apartments aren't even fixed up between tenants. I moved in and there were still holes in the walls from where the previous tenants hung pictures, stains on the carpeting, the dishwasher doesn't work, the ice maker in the fridge just pours water out, theres such a severe draft in my closet that when it's cold I have to put my heat over 70. Maintenance takes forever to come and fix a problem, then when they finally do come out, they don't properly fix anything. There are always cops in the complex, and people (who don't live here) "passing through" at odd hours of night. They come through a hole in the fence in the back of the complex. I hear from another tenant theres been over 50 break-ins in the past 6 months. Do yourself a huge favor spend the money someplace halfway decent... which this complex is not.
