Well, where do I start' I?ve been here since it opened and we had nothing but problems. one of the problems is the manager Bryant silance, He is racist to color and also sexist to animals and people. Another thing is a few tennnants including myself, have had a few flouds in there home but all they did was dryed it up. They should have replaced the carpet at no charge. Yes, they allow pets but nothing over 65 pounds in which some tennants over look that and gets in trouble. The rent here is cheaper then others but if you decide to move here PLEASE read the lease carefully. Hopefully, this will be my last year here.

To better this place we need to get rid of the manager, get some sort of security in here because we?ve had break ins.. Thats all I have to say!

I too have had 2 floods in my apartment and had to beg them to come fix the problem and they would not replace the carpet. I had to put a claim on my rents insurance because the maintence works do not know how to fix a toliet. Terrible place to live!
