I have lived here for four years, I reallly like the neighborhood until a little over a year ago. The manager we have, Bryant Silance, is the most rude and arrogant person. He doesnt know the meaning of customer service. I feel like I treated like crap. I have had problems with rodents in my apartment and when i tried to get the holes fixed that they caused I was told it could be done but with a charge to me. After a mnth and a half of phonecalls i finally got the siuation taken care of.

I have recommended four new tenents here since i moved in--would I recommend any more--definetly NOT! Or at least not until there is a new manager.

Bryant has left but, Patty Beamon is the new manager and she is just as bad if not worse than Bryant. This is absolutly a terrible place to live!

I have been living at The Landings since they were built in a 1 bdm apartment and I absolutely love it here. The Landings has had 4 different Managers here and if I had to say who is the best one it would Patty Beamon. If you want a quiet place to live, this is the place.
