I lived there from from Aug 2001 - Nov 2003 in a townhome. It's a nice place to live. Patti is great and she almost totally makes up for Bryan being the manager. The service staff is good. They might not fix something right the first time, but they'll be back quickly to fix correctly. It seems to be really quiet and there is almost no crime. If I could have moved the place with me to Michigan I would have. It is well worth its price and more. Bryan is a pain, but overall is an ok guy. You also can't beat the location as long as you don't work uptown.
