For those of you who have stressed reading the lease, isn't that what a lease is for. If you move into a new community and are renting an apartment/townhome and skim through the lease then you deserve any ramifications that come you way. I have lived in at The Landings 3 years this October and have never had a problem. I pay my rent on time, do not have any unspecified pets, don't through huge/loud parties, and don't have unregistered vehicles parked in my lot. The rent is very reasonable, never had a problem with the management, and my neighbors are nice and mostly keep to themselves. If you are comparing it to a place like Birkdale, then you might want to try living there for less sq. footage for $800-$900 a month. I can guarantee that those of you who rated as a NO for recommendation have done something that was unexceptable or don't know how to interact with a management staff that is trying to avoid having the development turn into a trailer park dump.

First of all, I live in a "trailer", and a very nice one I may add. In no way would I, nor do I live in a dump. Many of you artificial people that refer to trailer trash, trailer park dumps, etc..need to step back and take a second look. Many people who choose mobile homes are very well educated (unlike the person who wrote the review;there is about a hundred common spelling errors on simple words) and need to realize that you do not need to live in a gated community or on the lake to have a nice life. I guarentee those of you out there looking to live in Birkdale village, in houses on the waterfront, or wherever you choose to park your Mercedes Benz, BMW, Lexus or whatever are living a life of complete and total stress and have no more money than I do, and still "choose" to live in a trailer. If you are such an upscale person, and better than somebody who would live in a trailer, why are you looking for an apartment at The Landings. Seems to me like you should have that perfect brick home somewhere other than worrying about who your neighboors may become at one of the cheapest apartment complexes in town which is known for domestic issues, drug trafficing, poor management, and stealing from their tenants. I sincerely hope you get your life and priorities together very soon! Until then, enjoy the Landings, and I hope nobody moves a trailer in on you!!!!!
