The Landings is a breath of fresh air compared to other apartments I have lived in throughout Charlotte! The Birkdale area is known for high rent and its upscale atmosphere, but at the Landings you live within walking distance (1/4 mile with access across the street via a pedestrian bridge) of Birkdale for several hundred dollars cheaper per month. The buildings are only two stories which is a plus, and parking is never a problem. I have never heard my neighbors the whole time I have lived here and on the whole it stays very quiet. The complex itself is extremely easy to access even during rush hour, plus there is a stoplight with a protected left turn to help ease the pain of merging into Huntersville traffic. I-77 is located at the next stoplight up so getting into Charlotte every morning is easy. Also the management in the front office is wonderful and have been more than helpful with any problems that have come up. Overall I am very pleased with my stay here at the Landings and plan to renew my lease.

Hi! My wife and I are moving to the Huntersville area in the next month, and we like the prospect of this apartment complex. Apparently, there are no townhouses available for viewing, but I was wondering, if you still live there, if you would be willing to take some pictures of the inside so we could see what they look like?
