First year and a half there was wonderful. Last six months under new on-site property manager were hideous. "Read your lease." (Get used to hearing this.) This place will not be your home, but simply a place you rent under the dictatorship of the property manager.


Like getting weekly notices on your door' This may be the place for you. It?s how the management communicates. It?s very stressing seeing red, orange, blue notices on all the doors when you come home. What is it THIS time' There is no peace; it is not your home or refuge.


Parking is usually adequate, but spaces are narrow. I received over $200 worth the door dents.


Original materials were not quality and it?s beginning to show. Examine everything. If you think it needs to be replaced soon, it probably will be--for the next tenant--using your deposit. If you get new carpet or new fixtures, don?t think it came from The Landings--it came from the previous tenant. Imagine how grateful the next tenant will be when you do the same for them.


This is one of the lower-end properties in the area. They are trying to upgrade and compete with the newer properties on the backs of the tenant?s deposits. Note EVERY little insignificant problem, dent, fray, stain, chip, scratch, and what doesn?t work, etc, on your move-in, or you WILL pay for it on the way out--even if it wasn?t your fault or problem to begin with. Rent may seem reasonable when you move in, but kiss your deposit goodbye.


Talk to the other tenants! Maybe I?m the only one that felt this place was malignant. I wouldn?t live there again with the current management in place if it were free.


Recomendation' Go elsewhere.

You are correct! Run like hell because this place will never feel like home. If you come to view an apartment and you notice that there are red,green, blue and yellow notes on everyones door. Know that management is on the prawl. This is very stressful and will never be your home!
