The Landings is extremely affordable for the location. It's walking distance from the Birkdale Village Towncenter (Great Shopping). It is spacious. I never waited more than 24 hours for maintenance to fix a problem.

Rent is kind of a pain. You have to mail in your check. They don't have online payments available. Don't be a day late on your rent or they give you a red letter on your door with a threat to take you to court, and charge you a huge amount. We tried to explain we were out of the country on our honeymoon, and had just been married, so we were a little busy, and are check was a day late!!! They didn't care at all.

If you do everything normally, it'll be fine. The people in the complex were so friendly. There are several older people living here for some reason. It's very quiet and peaceful.

Overall, very happy there. Lived there for 1year, 3 mo.
