My husband and I moved in the apartments in October of last year and signed a one year lease. We thought it was gonna be a great deal, but low and behold; my husband got laid off at work and does not start his new job until next month. So I have been having to pay for most of the bills as my husband has a job until june that pays aweful(but its income). We got behind on our rent and they were nice enough and did not add late fees but when it came to our cable bill..... their Cable is a rip off! They charge way to much for the channels that we have. I called them and told them to take the cable out until next month...... Hopefully they will do so and give us no problems...... unlike the time when our dishwasher backed up into the sink and our garbage disposal broke all in the same day over the weekend..... i called the ER # they give out and the maintanence guy told me that it would have to wait till monday... I turned in a report two days before and they never showed. I finally walked down to the front office and informed them they better come up and fix it NOW... my whole apartment smelled like rotten food for 3 DAYS!!! BOOOOOOO Landing Apartments!!! Good Price, Bad Maintanence, Bad Office Staff, Good Area but not worth the time...... Look harder before you resort to living in The Landing Apartments!!!

IT LOOKS NICE WHEN YOU DRIVE UP BUT IT WILL BE A NIGHTMARE. I CANT WAIT TO MOVE OUT. BAD BAD BAD RENTERS BEWARE...
