My husband and I moved here about a year ago. We love it because it is so quiet and our neighbors are so nice. We love to walk over to Birkdale Village and shop, go to the movies or just walk around. The manager has lived here I think for about 10 years. That was one of the reasons we moved here because its says a lot about a community when the staff lives here. The trees are beautiful and makes you feel you are at home and like your in a country setting. I didnt like the fact they had their own cable company that didn't offer hd or internet but we've been told Timewarner will be out here by the end of September. I cant say enough good things about The Landings. Come over and walk around and youll see that there has been a lot of long time residents here that love it too.
