I've lived here two years and certainly saw a dip in things just before the property was sold. A new manager just took over earlier this month and things are looking up. My building has been painted and looks nice. They are upgrading the apartments which is attracting nicer neighbors all the time. I'm glad I stayed because living here is definitely enjoyable again.
