I have lived here for a year, would not recommend this complex to anyone else. I had a written statement to the manager which they agreed to water my plants and feed my fish while I was on vacation for two weeks. Needless to say when I returned I had boxes piled up at my front door from the UPS, a dead fish, and dead plants. This apartment complex will not let you know when you have a delivery from the UPS. All my boxes have been in the office for months, this happens often. This place is way to expensive, the rent has gone up and everyone is moving out. When I first moved in this apartment complex it was full, two apartments were available, now almost all the apartments are available. The new manager is not friendly, they no longer allow pets into the office. When I first moved here the old manager allowed pets into the office and offered treats. This place has had several managers since I have lived here. NOT RECOMMEND!!

Are you kidding? the previous manager, Kim, was a psycho! You never knew what mood she was going to be in, or if she was going to be sober when you talked to her. Secondly, not everyone are pet lovers. Pets do not belong in the office! The office is not a playground, it is for business.

Let's talk about this, UPS is supposed to notify you when you have a package not the office. When I have a package there is always a note on my door or in my mailbox from the carrier. Also seriously fish die all the time! I have lived here for over a month a absolutely love it, I think that the new company is making changes for the better!
