My husband and I moved here from the DC area one year ago. The Marquis was highly recommended to us by friends in the area and they were right. We intended to stay in our apartment for a few months while we searched for a house, but have now just signed another renewal lease. The staff has been great since day one with any issues I've had, including all of the maintenance guys. I'm semi-retired from a career in customer service and I can assure you this place will treat you well.
