i had a 1 year lease and for the most part it was ok. when we were moving in the carpet cleaners put a huge hole in the wall and took about 3 months to fix. 4 cars go robbed one night and my roommates got stolen. ive been fighting with them for about 3 months to have them mail me my deposit and for some reason they cant comeup with the $250 check! good luck
