If you never need anything, this place still wouldn't be a good place to call home. I work nights, and I can never find a parking spot near my building when I come home. They asked for the tag and vehicle info 2x this year and still towed my truck even though it had a valid tag. The manager told me I should've told her when they put a sticker on my truck and it was not her responsibility to keep watch of those things. There are too many people living in a lot of the apartments. The manager is never in office, but she finds time to send annoying notes every month to every resident to let us all know that they go through the trash bags and will fine us if there is a trash bag beside the dumpster. The dumpsters are ridiculously full a lot of the time. They overcharge for a space that is not a luxury space. Non of the equipment (except maybe one) in the fitness room works. The playground equipment is always broken.There was a picnic table at one of the playgrounds, it was broken over a year ago and never replaced. We will not renew our lease for anything.They have partially painted the playground and never finished it. It was a hassle living there. I would not recommend it to our friends or family.
