Just a warning...make sure you're very carefull in you're apartment here. We were charged $1,500 for carpet after moving out of our redcliffe apartment and the carpet wasn't even that bad. Even if it was totally destroyed, carpet on a two bedroom apartment is not worth $1,500. We were also charged $250 for flea control. A flea foger sells for $14 dollars at youre local department store. Apartment staff is very pleasent to work with when you're applying for the apartment. BUT ONCE YOU SIGN THE LEASE THEY TURN RUDE AND NASTY. Whatch out for the manager, allways a hassle to do buisness with.
While these apartments look fabulous at first site, renter beware, be prepared for the hidden hastles. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND LIVING HERE. If you do decide to rent here, be prepared to be skrewed in the end.
