Overall the place is close to perfect for us. The only downfall so far is the noise of surrounding apartments. The walls are so thin that I can tell u every time the people upstairs go to the bathroom. You can also hear their dog (who is not a noisey dog) but the walls are so thin, I actually thought the dog was in my apartment the one day. The place is def an A property in my opinion but the privacy and quiet factor because of thin walls brings it down a little.
