Why argue with a customer' Gym equipment does not work, closet doors fall off, and never stay repaired. Overall courtesy from the front office, but a lot of immaturity, and lack of interest in renter's complaints.
Some of the problems could be easily solved, but leadership and courtesy would be in order.
