When I first filled out an application I was put through the ringer needing statements of employment and refrences. After 2 years I can?t belive the riff raff that has been coming in!



Apparently they no longer use the same application scanning hence the quality of tenants has decreased.



The parking is a problem with no designated spots so you get what is available no matter where your apartment is. The staff was much more pleasant when I first moved in but they have such a high turn over rate the quality has been lacking there as well! Threatening messages of eviction for missing a $4.32 water bill with rent is uncalled for but it happens!



All in all, everything has declined over the last two years and I can honestly say I wouldn?t consider moving here again!
