I have been living in Summit Sedgebrook for approximatly 1 year. When we first moved in I was very impressed with the level of customer service that I received from the staff at Summit. Since February of 2001 it has gotten progressively worse and is now at the point that I would not renew my lease if they paid me to live there! Maintenance of the property has stedily declined, and it is a miracle if the grass gets mowed once a week. The staff has become very impersonal and seem not to care at all what the residents have to say and the property manager is very rude! I won't even get started on the parking situation at Summit Sedgebrook, but I will let you know that you may want to arrange with the neighboring apartment complexes to park your car there!!

I would honestly consider living in another community, even if it will cost you a bit more money! You will be much happier and save alot of headaches!!!!
