I have been living at Summit Sedgebrook for a little over one year and I cannot wait to move out! The staff is extremely rude and has no appreciation for loyal tenants who pay their rent on time every month (I received a threatening letter over a $15.00 water bill that I forgot to include with my rent). The other people that live here are noisy and obnoxious and the parking sucks!! Definitely keep looking!!
