Just relocated to NC and it's my first apartment experience while waiting for completion of my home.

It's been great! I was very fearful of excessive noises, parties and repairs not being done. Well, I was totally wrong.

The apartment layouts result in very quiet living quarters even for us dog lovers perspective. I've had a few relatively minor items in need of repair and the staff was there in less than 24 hours in ALL cases.

The landscaping is gorgeous, parking is more than ample and the office and maintenance staff is always courteous and efficient at remedying the problem.

We did have two neighbors having loud, late night parties which we reported. The tenants were notified, and because this apparently was an ongoing problelm, they were notified and appropriate action taken to eliminate future problems.

So, from a mature, first time tenant perspective, this is the place to live!! If you're a party animal....don't come to Summit.

The negative comments are obviously from the evicted party animals who have no respect for other tenants who trash Summit's Properties.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND SUMMIT to my friends and family interested in relocating to Huntersville.
