Great place to live, love the floorplan and the office staff!

I have lived in Sedgebrook for two years and I love it. The office staff is great, I interact with them often because of the amount of items I order in the mail. They are very courteous and accomodating. Also, they offer easy online rent payment options which I love. I LOVE the floorplan of my apartment and was able to afford a three bedroom for the price I used to pay for a two bedroom. Also, after living there for a year, our rent only went up slightly after renewing our lease. Other places I have lived around Charlotte they draw you in with great discounts and then jack up the price after one year. I am very satisfied with my apartment. :)
