Camden Sedgebrook

16930 Sedgebrook Lane, Huntersville, NC 28078

06/14/14 by anonymous: Parking is horrible. There is never a place to park near your apartment. When it rains the walkways get flooded. I think the apartment is overpriced. Valet trash and mandatory Cable TV push the price over a thousand a month. Most of the residents are nice though and the upgraded apartment is nice. My apartment has been flooded twice and both times were a huge hassle. Ripped up carpet huge more

Fairways at Birkdale Apartment Homes (formerly Birkdale Apartment Homes)

16501 Stonemason Drive, Huntersville, NC 28078

03/11/14 by Carlover25: I have been a resident here at the fairways at birkdale for 2 years. I really enjoy living here. The residents are always friendly to everyone and the staff is very helpful. It's an awesome location being able to walk to birkdale or to play golf. I highly recommend living here. more

Birkdale Village

16725 Birkdale Commons Parkway, Huntersville, NC 28078

04/14/14 by MarinaMMC: it's a great place to live, if you are young, or don't mind living with constant noise. The walls are beyond thin, and if, like us you have an extremely inconsiderate neighbor, you won't be doing much sleeping in your bedroom. And with thin walls, I mean, you can hear if your neighbor did a nr.1 or nr.2. Parking is a nightmare on evenings from Wednesday, more

Huntersville Apartments

300 Hunter Road, Huntersville, NC 28078

04/15/14 by anonymous: I have lived here since 2011, I really Love Huntersville Apartments, the property is kept clean and in very good condition. Maintenance has been there for me if I ever needed any thing fixed. Management is respectful and they seem to be very knowledgeable as well. For the price, location and grounds I think Huntersville Apartments is a steal, and I have always recommend it to any one, I am pleased more

Colonial Grand at Huntersville

9721 Rose Commons Drive, Huntersville, NC 28078

06/30/14 by Verified Resident: Great Apartment Community - nearby to grocerie stores and highway. Right place to live. Easy commute to downtown and nearby shopping malls. Great customer service, nice swimming pool along with fitness center. Especially nearby to Novant Health Medical Center as we have to visit the hospital very often due to my wife's health conditions. more

Bexley Commons at Rosedale

13255 Rosedale Hill Avenue, Huntersville, NC 28078

07/17/14 by anonymous: I am very disappointed with the we were treated during our 2 year leash with them. They sent us a couple of letter state that we couldn't have kitchen chairs on the porch because it looked inappropriate. 2 unites down there was camping chairs & bikes on there porch. At least 3 times they scheduled maintenance on our apartment in which they stated the dates they would be there with a note that more

Huntersville Commons Apartments

10505 Huntersville Commons Drive, Huntersville, NC 28078

04/08/14 by Huntersville Commons is a great apartment complex! The apartments are spacious, decently laid out and open, but still segregated (as in, its obvious where the dining room should be, where a TV/Entertainment Center goes, etc.). So definitely nice there. The Walk-in closets are great too, fairly spacious - I'm a guy, so I can essentially pack my entire closet into a more

Landings at Northcross

16938 Landings Drive, Huntersville, NC 28078

05/30/14 by anonymous: If you want water in your apartment DO NOT MOVE HERE. At least 5 times a year there is issues with the water and it if OFF. How do you expect people to come home from work, fix dinner for their family's and get their children ready for bed ( let alone use the bathroom) with NO WATER????? It has been off since about 2 pm today and it is now 7:35 and still no water. Office staff is a joke, more

Redcliffe at Kenton Place

8101 Dunmore Drive, Huntersville, NC 28078

06/28/14 by reallytiredofrenting: The apartment itself is not bad. Maintenance is not speedy, but gets done correctly when they get around to it. The only thing I would warn potential residents of is the noise. I have lived in apartments for a while, and this place is the loudest I have ever lived in (including college towns). Noise is bad both from adjacent neighbors and outside. People regularly converse loudly outside or drive more

Marquis at Northcross

8701 Pinnacle Cross Drive, Huntersville, NC 28078

12/03/13 by cbgtexas: Hi, I'm moving out next week and writing a summary of my experience over the last several years. I'm on the third floor, so noise is not an issue for me. My old (old meaning she's moved away, not physically old, like it matters) neighbor on the second floor did come complain to me about playing music too loud once around 2am, but she enjoyed my selection. I did more
