Best Apartment Staff EVER - I recently moved in to Colonial Grand at Huntersville and must say I am thoroughly impressed with not only the apartments, but the staff. This is the best staff I have ever had to deal with. The ladies in the office are super friendly and the maintenance men truly get any problems fixed right away. It's also close to everything! LOVE BEING CLOSE TO EVERYTHING We are new to the area and just recently moved in. Not knowing anything about the area we wanted to live someplace that would be close to shops and places to eat. Living here we can walk across to Taco Mac or take our dogs for a walk across the street through Birkdale
