I recently moved into Abbington Place. When I first came in to look, it was so nice. They had cookies and offered me coffee, they showed me the apartments and they have a movie theatre! I couldn't believe it. The lady's in the office where great to work with. On my day of moving I signed my paperwork and walked into a beautiful apartment with a little note from the staff and gifts! You will not experience anything like this anywhere else. Most of the apartments in Jacksonville are either old or in a nasty spot. Don't waste your time, just look here and I am sure you will want to move right in!

YEAH, they may leave you a welcome home note and some gifts but for the price and quality of this place is not worth it at all. They try to hard in the office to make things better for ALL of their residents.....I think it's crap and so are they.
