I have recently moved into Abbington Place and so far I can say that I have mixed feelings about this property.
Pros:
The apts are new
many amenities
Great upkeep on landscaping
Very nice maintenance personnel
Very nice office personnel
Very close to everything!!!!:)
Not a very large property, and the people around here are friendly and respectful
Cons:
Walls are paper-thin- I can hear EVERYTHING around me, from neighbors' alarm clocks, to their television programs...not to mention every step they make!
If you are considering moving here, definitely ask residents about their experiences. None of the office personnel live on the property, so they don't have any 'first-hand' experience with it.
If you don't mind hearing your neighbors, then I would definitely recommend this complex!
