My wife wrote a comment a few months ago and I just wanted to update the situation. The walls are still super thin and we hear everything but things have gotten tediously worse. The kids of the neighborhood are throwing things damaging cars, police are being called, damage in the apartments due to water, ants and spiders (pets control my @ss!) yet have seen nothing to enforce the rules of the property. (A flyer doesn't cut it!) The latest, and the reason that I want to post a comment today, is that I come home (from looking into buying a home) and my wife and I find that the hallways have been egged. We told the property manager and she shrugged it off and said that it will be cleaned up in a week. What! That is ridiculous! Like some one else stated, from the outside this is nice, but once you move in they personnel gets snotty and don't care anymore. It is funny to the obvious comment that the staff post. Doing things for the community isn't throwing a party with prizes and the big ones like a $100 to pier one and a plasma TV and them going to the staff, that is all a delusion. I don't know why we live in the newest, most expensive, "nicest" apartments in Jacksonville and living here is a real sh!tty experience!'!' (Note: I would only recommend to a friend because this Jacksonville and this is the less of two evils)

I am also looking into buying a home because I need more space, not because of the apartments. I happen to live in the 100 building and did see the egg over the weekend and then saw the maintenance guy cleaning it up on Monday. Just a day or two later. This is apartment living and yes, you will hear your neighbors. Deal with it! Yes, they do have parties and they are great!!!! This response is off base!!!

I have to agree with the Tracy100 comment - I feel that they are truthful - it is an apartment complex but at the same time you pay an outragous amount and expect to see something for it.

I feel that this place is worthless, the management sucks and they are rude and unfair. They try to hard to do thing (like the annual resident appreciation month ----) is over rated and they try to hard to make us feel like they care when we all know that they DON'T. I have been here for 15 months and NEVER been late on rent and just so happened that this pay period for September was on a holiday weekend and the banks were busy as hell and couldn't get in and I had not received my new checks yet so my rent was paid on the morning of the 6th and she (amanda) would not let go of the late fee. This place is not enough for the price you pay...
