I have lived at Legacy at Abbington Place for almost a year now. I have enjoyed it here and will be renewing my lease. I do want to comment that my rent did go up from what I pay now, but I want to live in a nice place and I will pay the extra money. I have looked all over Jacksonville and this is the best place by far. They offer a ton of things to do and I think they have the best facilities in town. The gym in huge, they have a computer room and I think they just added another computer. The pool is very nice and they have grills outside. The apartments are huge and well kept. Everyone is very nice.
