I have lived here for about 6 months and have not had one problem yet. The move in process was very smooth and the office ladies were professional and very nice. Upon moving in the apartment was beautiful and still is. I have yet to have a maintenance problem. I get a newsletter every month and there are always activities going on. I am very happy here and have not expierenced anything like this before. The staff and the complex is better than anything else I've seen in Jacksonville. I would recommend.
The only problem I have seen is parking is a little sparce and I've seen people from another complex use our trash dumpster.
