We have lived here for about a year and a half now. We are getting ready to move out. This place looks good on paper but in reality, I have felt like I was living in an apartment complex in college again. Definitly not luxury living.

The parking is OK - not great, not bad.

Noise level - I know this is an apartment and noise is expected. However, waking up to the people above you having "their time" is not fun. The walls are soo thin, that we actually hear their light switches turn off and on at night.

Grounds - like i rated, nothing special. It does rain a lot down here and North Carolina has horrible drainage systems as it is, so, the grass areas are normally soaked. They have designated pet areas, which are really nice. However, they are too small of a designated area.

Safety - I haven't really heard or seen any problems.

Construction - like I have said before, the walls are too thin!! I have lived in many apartments before and nothing compares to how thin these walls are. Like I have said before, if I can hear the light switches go on and off upstairs, too thin. Also, the carpet is horrible and very cheap!! As of recently, some of the walls are starting to show their wear (and this place is only a year and a half old). There is mold forming in the ceiling of our bathtub as well. I do, however, like the layout of our apartment.

Maintenance - Everything that has needed fixed has been fixed properly the first time. The only complaint that I have is timing. When we had an appliance break, it took awhile before it was fixed. They could definitly use a few more maintenance workers.

Office Staff - This is the area where I have seen a major downfall!! When we moved in, there was a GREAT staff. They were all very professional and treated everyone with respect. Now, the staff is rude and uncouth at best. I have gone in there with a few questions lately and talked down to like I am a 5 year old. Nobody deserves to be treated that way. One of them has a very poor attitude and the times me and my husband have gone to the office, she never seems to know what is going on or nothing about her job. I also feel as if the staff have become very anal retentive as well.

Overall - not the greatest place, but not the worst either. Like I have said before: it reminds me a lot like my old college apartment. It is definitly not luxury by any means, like they advertise.
