I have been living here for the last 15 months and have not been impressed. The money that we spend to live here is not worth the quality of housing and quality of customer service provided. It just so happened that for the month of September 2006 I was doing the best I could to pay the rent, unfortunatley do to the fact that this pay period was a holiday weekend and the banks were so busy and I haven't recieved my new checks yet the rent was late. I just sat in line at the bank for almost two hours to FINALLY get a cashier's check for the rent and I was told that "Corporate" closed down the computer system so I was going to be charged the $25 late fee. This is TOTAL --------, I have NEVER been late in the last 15 months that my family and I have lived here and I get told that I am going to be charged a late fee cause she doesn't make acceptions for anyone. The Legacy @ Abbington Place Apartments look nice from the outside and the inside until you start living her and the bugs come in and NEVER go away or your countertops split apart from the wall, then your toliets don't work and etc...etc...! The Legacy @ Abbington Place Apartments are NOT worth the PRICE they are asking for to live there. Security SUCKS, parties still happen and no matter how faithful you are to the people in the office they still treat you like ----. I am glad that our lease is up on the 15th of October 2006, so I can get THE HELL OUT OF HERE and NEVER look back.....
