If you want to hear the truth, read this! I have lived here for nearly 2 years, I am moving out because of a job transfer, not because I am dissatisfied. However I will tell the pros and the cons...
Pros: Large apartment, very nice interior, nice amenities, large gym and pool, they do have a computer room that I have never used because I have my own. They do throw a lot of events, I get flyers on my door and in my building all the time. I have only attended 2 and both were very nice. I hear other neighbors talk about the neat parties they throw. The property is very safe and convenient to shopping. Maintenance responds quickly and office staff is friendly.
Cons: Parking is an issue, there isn't enough parking if you come home late at night. Especially on weekends. Residents do not pick up after their pets( not the propertys fault). If you have a pet, you should pick up after it. Common sense! I have been able to hear my neighbors on several occasions arguing, but more often than not it is quiet. My building is near the Reserve at Jacksonville Commons and I see their residents using our trash and speed through the parking lot.
I have lived in many apartments over my past 18 years in the military and this has been one of the nicest ones. I have read the other reviews and feel that the very negative ones are just upset residents who have probably done something against a lease that they signed and the employees probably had to enforce those rules.
I would recommend to other friends and co-workers.
