its so obvious that the management posts comments here. honestly now, who would go out of their way to write something, if there was nothing to complain about' my reason is this ridiculous dog in an adjacent apartment from mine- the thing barks non stop. aside from that- i think the upstairs people have a tread mill in their living room. at least thats what it sounds like. my apartment was in good shape when i moved in, as well it should be for what rent costs here. the whole complex has an ant problem. i just keep putting raid under the door and in all the windows to keep them at bay. i can put up with ants- thank god i have never seen a cockroach here.

insulation seems to be ample- its mid december and we havent turned on the heat once.

i dont like how the maintenence will enter without a phone call. my wife sleeps with a box fan on, and woke up the other day with a man in the living room. what if she was naked' he obviously knocked- but how hard is it to make a call'

there is dog crap everywhere- i dont walk in the grass. "they" say theyll charge you for that- but how'.. i dont see any poop watchers posted. no garbage in the hallway- theyll charge for that too--- but about every other day, theres garbage in front of my neighbors door.

i havent yet had a problem with the management- they do their job- i pay the rent, i dont expect much. i will say that there is always fresh coffee and cookies in the office.

i almost forgot about the pool, because its winter. on sundays when none of the employees are here- it seems the entire neighborhood full of kids next door thinks its their pool.. and invade it swimming fully clothed in tshirts and jean shorts.

overall- i think i would renew my lease, but not without looking heavily into renting a house instead. cost is about the same. unfortunately in this town- there are nice apartments, and crappy ones- nothing really in the middle.

im gonna wrap this up- that damn dog is driving me nuts
