This apartment complex is unresonable. The parking is horrific. You only get one parking spot per bedroom,so if your married i guess your other car will get towed like my husband. The walls in the apartment are not even straight!! The tile floor is stained yellow for no apparent reason.
The management is horriable. None of the girls know what is going on.Each tell you a totally different story. The pet agreement is terriable. The don't allow any muts bc it might be mixed with something 'aggressive' like a german shepherd in my case. You have to pay 35 dollars a month per animal. Plus you have to give a 350$ nonrefundable pet fee. In my case I lived there for a week and payed the fee but we ended up putting my dog to sleep bc she was sick. AND they wouldn't give me my money back. I know it was nonrefundable but only a week-and i had the paper work and everything. plus i didnt get another dog. also i know some people that lived there that didn't even have to pay the fee.
double standards across the borad at that hellish place.
