We were taken on the tour and showed "what to expect" of the apartments when we moved in, well to begin our availability date kept being pushed back because they were installing brand new carpet. When we finally got to see our apartment I cant express how disappointed we were. The carpet was a putrid brown color and the walls were off white with white trim on the walls, we couldnt even find furniture to blend in.
Aside that at night we can hear the people upstairs from us fighting, throwing stuff at each other and "getting busy" in the middle of the night. It kind of reminded me of a crack house, lol. Also I work nights and sleep during the day and all I could hear during the day was them doing some kind of lawn work, sometimes I would be sleeping (nude) and they would let them selves in for a routine filter change.
They had ANTS all over whenever it would get warm outside, I had to call them to exterminate 3 times in a 2 week period. The maintenance crew were polite though and also the ladys that work in the front office they were just real young like they need more experience or something. I really wouldnt recommend someone to stay here, also the rent was real high.
