Well I dont know what all the bad reviews are for. I lived at these apartments and never had a problem. These people must have been the ones to cause the problems. Maintenance...never an issue! They responded to any and all requests in a timely fashion and NEVER letting themselves in without my permission. I stayed at home, so this I would know! All the staff was very nice and accomodating. In the office...we talked daily! So they do always have time. And if they dont, they will get back to you. We never had an ant problem, but then again, we did keep our apartment clean! Abbington is on the top list for best apartments in the area, and I believe they were. The ammenities were great and the apartment was spacious. Yes, rent was higher than most, but unless you want to live at the Beacham apartments, then you will pay more. Sorry, dont know what to tell you about that one! They were nice apartments, never had a noise problem. Yes, they did do lawn work during the day...sorry you work nights, the rest of the world is up during daylight...when else do you want them to do it. The lawn always looked great! So to hear a lawnmower...didnt bother me. The only thing I would suggest if you live on the first floor by the pool...keep your windows shut in the mornings, because the sprinklers will turn on..lol I would definitely reccommend these apartments...I am moving back in May:)

Well to respond to your oh so positive review. You better think before you write. You are one of the lucky ones to have such a positive experience. We had our share of problems with everyone of the staff there. Oh and by the way our apartment was extremely clean. I was not lucky enough to stay at home everyday and have my spouse do it all for us. If you have an emergency with your health in the middle of the night wanted you want someone to take care of you at the hospital. I thought you would so some people sacrifice in that way to help others out. You might want to watch what you say and who you say it too.
