You get what you pay for in Jacksonville. The apartments are nice and the landscape is nice for the most part. Our biggest issues are with the staff in the office. The girl at the front desk, Kacee, is unbelievably rude! I am shocked every time I interact with her. the office should really fire her before other people choose to move away. She is one of the most stuck up people I have ever met.
We have had other issues, like a much higher rent bill than what we agreed too and trouble with the carpeting and a.c. We also hear everything the people upstairs do but it might be more of an issue with them than the apartments layout. There seem to be a lot of police in the area at night. We have seen a few arrests and on the 4th of july there was a firecracker set off in a neaby trash can that caused a fire. There was also a man passed out on the balcony in the morning.

Also paying $35 a month so my small dog can live here... rediculous
