My wife and I live at abbington place and we really like it. Of course we can hear our neighbors - it's an apartment for crying out loud - but it's not bad at all. The women in the office have always been helpful and polite, and for that matter, so is the maintenance staff. Plus, the apartment has a MOVIE THEATER, pool, gym, nice area... definitely one of the nicest apartment complexs in the area.
