I have lived here for almost 2 years now and I am ready to move out TODAY. Everyone in the management office is RUDE and treats you like a child (I'm definitely older than all of them). They make changes to your lease without notifying you, then when you question it, they blame it on the 'old management' (even though I have proof that it happened AFTER they changed management). The maintenance SUCKS. Apparently they think mold is not a big deal. They will change a cabinet door immediately, but you have to wait a week for them to fix a broken toilet. The grounds are dirty, the walls are paper-thin (I never wanted to feel like I was in bed with my neighbors, thank you....), there's mold growing on the outsides and insides of the buildings, the rent increases every month (yet they have no explanation for it)....the list goes on and on. When you contact Blue Ridge Management, they do nothing. Do not live here.

It's actually illegal for anyone to increase your rent mid-contract, so I find that very hard to believe. I think it just sounds like you didn't get your way and you ARE acting like the child you claim they treat you like.

I believe this person and agree with what they are saying. When I lived there a few years ago the management used to act like tenants and post things on this site.... hmm is the one above from the leasing manager of Abbington... probably so.
