(user photo) this is my ceiling in my master bedroom. it ues to have a 3 inch rusty nail in it before it fell out. it leaks water everywhere. since march.

(user photo) this is my front porch. we dont have gutters.

I had a hard time with the mateniance. My husband is a Marine and they gave me a hard time trying to get out of the lease to go home for his deployment to Iraq. I jus think it was not very understanding of them...
