(user photo) this is my ceiling in my master bedroom. it ues to have a 3 inch rusty nail in it before it fell out. it leaks water everywhere. since march.

(user photo) this is my bathroom, with mold covered up by spray paint (user photo) this is my back screen. on the bottom there, there is not a screen anymore. (user photo) this is my front porch. we dont have gutters.

The owner is careless and unconcerned with her tenants and her rental properties. She is not a good landlord in many aspects. Her apartments are in poor condition and she dosnt make sure they are in good condition before renting. Mrs. Brunelli charges previous tenants for cleaning and fixing of things that she should be responsible for. I would not recomend these apartments to anyone. However, I will say her apt. manager Sue is outstanding and does a wonderful job for what she has been given to work with! As for Brunelli and her apartments, i would never recomend them to anyone!
