WHEN I WAS READY TO MOVE OUT I CLEANED EVERYTHING TOP TO BOTTOM AND WHILE I WAS THERE I MADE SOME IMPROVMENTS. WHEN SUE CAME TO DO THE FINAL INSPECTION SHE CHARGED OVER $200 FOR A CLEANING CREW TO COME IN AND CLEAN WHEN THERE WAS NO NEED SHE SAID THERE WERE WATER MARKS ON THE WALL, WHEN THERE WASN'T AND SHE CHARGED ME FOR DRILLING A SMALL HOLE IN THE CEILING FOR THE CABLE BECAUSE WHEN I MOVED IN THE CABLE WAS IN THE CLOSET, I DON'T KNOW ANYONE WHO WATCHES TV IN A SMALL CLOSET. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF BRUNELLIS APARTMENTS TO ANYONE. THEIR NICE WHILE YOUR THERE BUT WHEN YOU TRY TO MOVE OUT THEIR RIDICULOUS.

There are always 2 sides to every story. Perhaps there is more to your story than you are telling. It is hard to believe that you were charged for a small drilled hole.!

No that sounds about right. I had the same problem. Place is a dump.

Ahhhh!!! i agree!! When we moved we had the place looking even cleaner & better then when we moved in & i was charged over $400.00 for a cleaning crew to come in & repair the stains by the toilet( which were there when we moved in!) And fix all the broken blinds...thEY nEver worked from the beginning!
