(user photo) this is my front porch. we dont have gutters.

I live here now and I hate it. My husband is in Iraq and I am pregnant and therefore cannot move on my own. There is mold growing in our ceiling and on our walls. We also have a big mold patch on top of our shower that was supposed to be fixed when we moved in and they never did anything about it. One time when my a/c broke water started leaking from the ceilings and through the walls. It left a big hole in my closet and having gone to the office more than 4x's to complain they still have not come to patch it up. You cannot connect a washer here because water will leak through the walls due to bad plumbing. And you cannot turn on the heater for a long time because all the lights will turn off. Need I go on, I have plenty more to complain about.
