(user photo) this is my ceiling in my master bedroom. it ues to have a 3 inch rusty nail in it before it fell out. it leaks water everywhere. since march.

(user photo) this is my front porch. we dont have gutters.

the maintenance is terrible

I have requested numerous things to be fixed and no one has ever come to repair it. When we moved in the carpet had burns in it along with too many stains to count. I have mold on my ceiling. I hate this place and can't wait to move.
