trust me all of these comments are true. Every since I have moved into these appartments it has been one thing after another. First, my toliet started leaking it took them 3 days to fix it, then my ceiling in my master bedroom started leaking which i told them about back in december. I also have mold growing on my ceiling and down the side of the walls in my bedroom. I told the appt. complex about it on Jan 2, do you think that they have done anything about it. Well the answer is NO. This is the worst place to stay in Jacksonville. I highley recommend that you find somewhere else to stay. A person shouldn't have to pay almost $800 to stay in this type of enviornment.
