(user photo) this is my ceiling in my master bedroom. it ues to have a 3 inch rusty nail in it before it fell out. it leaks water everywhere. since march.

My husband and I are looking for a new place to live to accomodate our expanding family. I've been looking at Ashley park because they are affordable, but after I read the reviews on it, I HAD to just go take a look. I drove through yesterday, and just by the the looks of the outside I knew I didnt want my little ones living there. They dont seem very well taken care of and I would NEVER move my family there. It wasnt even worth going inside for.

I was wondering where you decided to rent from? I am going through the same process fo trying to look for a place and because i am across the ocean in england it is proving quite difficult. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
