We had a leaking refrigerator and it took months for anyone to come fix it! Poor maintenance all together. We lost the top portion of the back screen from windy weather. Never fixed! We had a leaky ceiling that took a while to fix. They finally fixed it after several weeks. With the ceiling, however it they put up new drywall, but never plastered over it. So, it is incredibly obvious that there was a problem. The dishwasher leaked water too. Again, several weeks to fix. All the water leaking caused permanent damage to the kitchen floor. I also heard from friends that the rent went up significantly since we moved out, with absolutely no improvement to the complex.
